Supervision & Consultation for Therapists in Philadelphia, PA & Virtually
A Space to go Deeper
Being a therapist means carrying a lot. FrFr. All day, every day you carry the weight of your clients’ stories, your own reactions, balancing boundaries, and often your own inner work.
Supervision isn’t just about case review or checking boxes for licensure hours. It’s about cultivating the kind of reflective, grounded presence that lets you show up fully for your clients while staying connected to yourself.
I offer supervision and consultation that honor both your clinical expertise and your human experience. We’ll look closely at the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship, like, transference, countertransference, attachment patterns, & the subtle ways the work stirs up your own material. It’s a space where you don’t have to know, fix, or hold it all together. Whether your pre-licensed working toward licensure or licensed seeking support in complex or relational work, together we’ll build a more grounded, sustainable, ethically sound practice.
Who I Work With
I enjoy collaborating with therapists who:
Are pre-licensed, working towards clinical hours and licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.).
Are licensed clinicians seeking consultation and supervision around complex cases (individuals, couples, families).
Feel burnt out, disconnected, or overwhelmed, and desire more sustainable, values-driven work.
Contend with private practice challenges, ethical dilemmas, or balancing administrative, clinical, and personal demands.

Session Structure & Frequency: Sessions are typically 60 minutes. You decide whether you'd prefer weekly, biweekly, or monthly supervision depending on goals and what your licensure requires.
Modality & Format: I offer both in-person (Springfield, PA area) and virtual supervision (secure video). Flexibility around format to suit your needs and schedule.
Supervisor Style & Approach: I work from a trauma-informed, relational perspective. We’ll explore dynamics such as transference/countertransference, attachment, therapeutic boundaries. I integrate creativity and authenticity into supervision — you don’t have to fit a mold.
